Booking terms and conditions for Hotel Les Roches Merzouga desert tours, camps and hotel stays.

These terms apply to all bookings of tours, desert camps and hotel stays made with Hotel Les Roches Merzouga.
Bookings & deposits
A small deposit confirms your dates; the balance is paid on arrival. Your booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing by email or WhatsApp.
Payment & prices
Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and may vary with the season and group size. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or online; the balance is settled on arrival in cash (euros or dirhams) or as otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Deposits are generally refundable up to 7 days before departure. The specific cancellation terms for your trip are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
What's included
Inclusions are listed on each tour page. Anything not listed as included — such as personal expenses, tips and travel insurance — is at your own expense.
Itinerary changes & weather
Desert itineraries may be adjusted for safety, weather or other events beyond our control (force majeure). Where a change is needed we will always offer the best available alternative.
Health & suitability
Some activities, such as camel trekking and 4x4 travel, require reasonable physical fitness. Please tell us about any medical conditions or dietary needs when you book so we can prepare properly.
Responsibility & insurance
We take great care of our guests, but travel in remote desert areas carries inherent risks. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and personal belongings.
Complaints & governing law
If anything is not right, please tell us straight away so we can put it right during your trip. These terms are governed by the law of Morocco.
