How we can help

For the fastest, most accurate quote, it helps to tell us:
- Your travel dates (or rough month) and number of travellers
- Where you'd like to start and finish (for example Marrakech to Fes)
- How many days you have and anything you especially want to see
- Whether you'd prefer a private or shared tour, and any dietary or mobility needs
Languages & response time
We reply in English, French and Spanish, usually within a couple of hours during the day (Morocco time, GMT+1) and always within 24 hours. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us and lets us share photos, voice notes and live availability.
Where we are
The hotel sits at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga, southeast Morocco. The nearest airport is Errachidia (ERH), about a 1.5-hour drive; many guests also fly into Fes (about 7 hours) or Marrakech (about 8–9 hours) and travel down with us on a tour. We can arrange an airport transfer from any of them.
